I'm Glin Bayley, the heart and mind behind The Value Negotiator. With a 17-year career in finance, specifically as a management accountant, I've been actively involved in generating value-creating deals and boosting profits for global corporates. As a commercial negotiation consultant, I've had the privilege of training hundreds of leaders, empowering them to harness the power of intelligent negotiation skills and maximise value in their dealings.

While my extensive professional accomplishments lay a solid foundation, there's more to my story. Being a proud graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serving as a Non-Executive Board Director for a Non for Profit have deepened my commitment and perspective. My mission goes beyond imparting skills—these community focussed roles have further ignited my passion as an advocate for businesses aiming to elevate their negotiation capabilities.
