With over 17 years in finance, from generating value for major corporations to working with leaders as a negotiation consultant, I have learned that negotiation is more than a skill. It is about how you show up, lead, and create impact.
As a Non-Executive Board Director and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, I understand the challenges of strategic growth, leadership, and making high-stakes decisions.
My role is to guide you through the complexities of negotiation, helping you gain strategic insight, make confident decisions, and grow as a leader.

My Story
I have always been The Value Negotiator, even before I had the words for it. My journey has taken me from commercial finance to heart-led leadership, executive coaching, and now guiding mission-led changemakers to their full potential through negotiation mastery.
The common thread? A deep desire to create meaningful value, and to feel valued in return.
For me, negotiation isnā€™t just a business tool. It is a way to unlock human potential and forge genuine connections.
Through my own journey of self-discovery, I have learned that weĀ ALL need to feel valued. When we understand ourselves, we gain the power to create real, lasting value, not just in business, but in life.
